ABOUT SARAH

I’m often in my own head, overthinking things. It wasn’t until I discovered yoga that I began to reconnect with my body. Yoga has taught me — and continues to teach me — to step out of my head, to breathe and to feel. In 2018, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, where I deepened my practice and knowledge .Yoga has since become a grounding force in my life, bringing me calm, self-awareness and strength. I aim to share that with others in my classes.

Inspired by Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga, my classes offer thoughtful and intelligent sequences that guide you gently and intentionally from one posture to the next. You will always be met with compassion, a genuine smile, and encouragement to trust yourself and your journey. My intention is for you to leave class feeling more connected to the present moment — and to yourself.
